Excuses

EXCUSES I’m back. After a brief hiatus from recovering from my computer being stolen, my new computer is all set up and ready to write, thanks to much help from many people. Let’s talk about excuses. I believe excuses are like armpits, they stink and everyone’s got them. This is so evident in the training and nutrition realm. We hear it all the time, I believe we even compiled a list of all the excuses we’ve heard. Guess what??? There are no excuses! Once you reach a point when you realize you want to train, nothing will stop you, and if something does, you’ll be pissed! Most “ newbies” are the one that have all the excuses. As you come to realize that we make your training fun, and you start to feel the tightness in your muscles, you’ll want to continue to train. More than likely, after you’ve trained with us a few months, you’ll ask another day be added to your training routine. The same holds true for your nutrition. It’s the newbies that have all the excuses in the world; why they need to eat a certain way or why they always seem to have a purpose to drink. It’s when you see the fat start to disappear that the excuses disappear also. Of course “excuses” start in our head! Excuses are not physical! We believe in these excuses that we blurt out. You need to purge the demons that cause you to not be all you can be. I don’t believe in any excuse for anything! Nike has the right idea…Just Do It. Certainly this doesn’t hold true for everyone. If you are having excuses control your liife, please contact Edna, or if you think that you can’t lose weight, talk to Eric. Both of these experts have heard it all and can certainly help.
