Life, the most amazing miracle imaginable! The creation of it, the existence of it, the finalization of it. How we go through each, and what we think of each of these phases, defines who we are. I want to touch on the middle phase, our existence. It seems to me that we should make the most of the time we have on this earth. What that means is different to each and every one of us. The “thinkers” of today tell us that human beings’ three greatest desires are; 1, love, 2,sex, 3 wealth. But I think that health and fitness should be #1. A friend of mine told me that his mother often said “When we are well we have a thousand wishes, but when we are not we only have one.” How True! Without health, life can be full of discomfort, worry and outright pain. How do we acquire health? Well how about we stop doing the things that are bad for us; excessive drinking, smoking, eating junk food, neglecting to exercise regularly. Would you start your dog or cats day with a cup of coffee, doughnut and a cigarette???? Hell no! you love your pet too much, but some start their day off like this, I guess they don’t respect themselves. Look, ultimately, we have total control over our decisions to be healthy or not. Choose the right path and health and fitness lie ahead of you for the rest of your days. We are here to help!
